Educating Communities for Parenting(ECP) is a private,non-profit organization,providing high quality youth development and parenting education programs throughout the Philadelphia area for well over 30 years. Using the healthy parent-child relationship as the role model for all relations, the mission of ECP is to provide educational programming that cultivates independence and responsibility, increase healthy behaviors, break the cycle of child abuse and interpersonal violence, and build stronger communities.
