The Housing Alliance is an advocacy organization. We influence public policy – laws, budgets, regulations, programs – as they relate to increasing resources and decreasing barriers to a home within reach of every individual and family in the state. Our focus is on state policy, which supports and augments the work of local housing providers and advocates. We serve as their eyes in Harrisburg, and occasionally, as a rainmaker. We alert them to threats and opportunities and provide a consistent voice for the housing needs and interests of the lowest income households and communities.
