What is your primary product or service?
Consulting services; strategy facilitation and leadership / communication coaching. We partner with clients to build on what they know about themselves and what they hope to achieve, and help them maximize their strengths and grow and develop where they need to.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been interested in the synergy that groups create in their work together - or not. That coupled with my fascination with how differences bring life and creativity to work and unfortunate communication "misses" have been the seeds from which my business has grown. We at ICW do with each other what we promote with our clients: creating teams that work BECAUSE of the differences (and connections) they bring when they work together.
