We primarily value minority interests of privately held firms. These firms / interests can be valued at whatever stage of maturity, and for a range of purposes. In addition, we value intangible assets and intellectual property, for a range of purposes, including purchase or sale of that asset. Recently, we have had engagements calling for overall "intellectual capital" assessments. We have also done royalty rate analysis and licensing support, as well as some litigation support.
