What is your primary product or service?
Personal Fitness Training. We work with people on strength training, cardiovascular training, weight loss, Pilates, Massage Therapy and total over all well being.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I went to college to become a teacher and found I liked teaching adults the benefits of exercise.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We focus on total health, not just fitness and exercise. We look at what is health for each individual from the physical and mental aspect of exercise.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one locating right now. There is a possibility of opening other locations in the future.
