How long have you been in business?
I was licensed in 1987 in the state of Pennsylvania and the Federal Courts in Eastern District of Pennsylvania and have since also been accepted by the the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. I have been in business as Law Offices of Kenneth M Kapner, P.C. since 1995, incorporating in 2005.

Personal injury, with additional concentrations in workers' compensation, social security disability/SSI, long-term disability/ERISA
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In 1989 when I changed employers and found great satisfaction in helping others in dire financial need.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Small, intimate, yet still aggressive and focusing on quality of representation. I believe attorneys must remember we belong to a profession, we serve our clients, not the other way around. Many practices are run as businesses and less as professions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
No expansion plans on the drawing table.

On Race Street just off of Broad Street, just north of City Hall. Quickly get on or off the Vine Street Expressway (Broad Street exit), and the "C" bus and subway stops at Race.
What type of payments do you accept?
Insurance company checks for the most part, when I get results for my clients.
Which areas do you service?
Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Although I am not licensed in New Jersey (or elsewhere), I can represent clients at administrative hearings.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the sole shareholder, and my staff runs my daily operations.
