As a former owner of Marty's Chem-Dry servicing Philadelphia,Bucks,Mont.Co., and Atlantic County N.J., while waiting for my non- compete to expire. I have worked with several different types of truck- mount rigs and portable units while learning all aspects of the available equipment and chemicals on the market today. I have developed 2 different 'all natural' cleaning agents (patent pending). My chemicals deep clean your carpets and furniture and dry in ONLY 30 minutes- not hours or days.The longer your carpets and furniture are wet the more susceptible to stains and soil. My Chemical is also safe and non-toxic for animals, children, and the elderly.It is safe for the environment (We Use GREEN products Only!). My chemical leaves no sticky residue which eliminate re-occurring stains and stiff fibers unlike the soak-n-suck method which leaves a sticky residue. QUESTION: Would you put shampoo in your hair and vacuum it out,of course you wouldn't because it would leave a stiff film behind! Than why would you do that to the most expensive investment in your home (your carpets) because when you soak- n- suck you are doing the same thing. Soak-n-suck methods cause loose fibers"ripples" in your carpet from the dragging of the wand and over saturation,The hot water sits under the glue and (jute) backing which creates wicking(where the fibers seperate from the backing)and it also creates the squeaking of the floors from the water left behind in your padding and on your sub-floor.
