How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My father Edward was in the business. I was trained in life insurance by John Hancock Insurance company, where I was an agent and sales manager before leaving to join my father's agency
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We don't just quote your current coverage and provide the lowest cost. At Spencer Insurance we understand that price is important, however we also know that the "True Cost of Insurance" can be much higher if you do not have the right protection. As Independent Agents representing many companies we find the company that offers you the proper coverage at a very competitive price. We may not be the lowest or highest quote but you can be assured that you have the proper protection at a very competitive price.
