How long have you been in business?
Essentials has been at the Doylestown shopping center since 1997, however owners Jackie McKay and Elliott Levitan have been working together since 1985.
What is your primary product or service?
Full Service Spa and Salon utilizing the naturally derived AVEDA products for hair, skin and body.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Both owners have worked in the industry for a combined 70+ years. Elliot has been in the hair business since the 70's and Jackie's roots are in Nails since 1985 and brought Spa into Doylestown by adding skin care and massage to their location.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our years of experience, our products and our seasoned team of 50+ highly educated professionals.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have our complete salon & spa in Doylestown and a second hair salon & Aveda retail center at Valley square Shopping Center in Warrington.
