I wanted to compliment you on the complete professionalism of your movers. Four young men came to my house Dec. 29th and Dec. 30th and amidst the total chaos of a move, they were completely polite, respectful, informative, helpful, and as professional as can possibly be. The following day unpacking was the same experience. I can't emphasize enough to you how impressed I was. I gave each guy a big tip and $ to take themselves out to dinner.
In your office, Jessica was a complete pleasure to deal with. She was upfront about the limitations of the move, but assured me of the safety and complete care of my belongings - all which was 100% true. She was flexible with any changes I needed and gave me little reminders if I forgot paperwork or needed a nudge to do something on my side. After I committed to your company - it wasn't like I was forgotten about. She was there whenever I needed clarification on some detail of the move. A wonderful representative of your company.
You have great people working for you - I will highly recommend your company to any friends I know that are moving.
