Provide information and resources to the music community
The American Musicians’ Resource Network, Inc. (AMRN) is incorporated as a non-profit organization (in 1999) to creat a united front for musicians, songwriters, independent producers, recordists, managers, agents, publishers, promoters, entertainment lawyers, etc.
AMRN‘s mission is to bring information, resources and solidarity to the music community, giving we need to function on a day to day basis, with not only musical information, but also business resources as well.
The difference between the AMRN and other (like) organization is, we work on the grass-roots level, where even for the professional, there’s sometimes a lack of knowlege concerning publishing, copyright laws, royalty distribution, etc
We host Lectures, Seminars and Workshops and an Annual Musician Party.
We’re a place to get help and infomation in good times and bad, whether you’re making records or writing a song. The AMRN will strive to give the best of up to date information and musical resources.
