I first started off installing carpet. With learning the dynamics of maintaining the carpet became interesting to me. So I took course through IIRC to be able to educating others on how to care for carpet and furniture.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I educate my customer on how to protect and maintain their carpet and furniture to maximize the life of their investments. I also have cost effective pricing.
