Cleaning up Philadelphia's streets by employing people with social issues.
Working with foundations and business to raise money too clean up Philadelphia streets. And to shortly place and service public trash cans. Initially looking into hiring people who currently have substance abuse issues. Hire them on as sub-contractor. These individuals will work in teams of five (5). One of which is the team leader.
