What is your primary product or service?
Hardwood floor installation and refinishing and resurfacing. Custom staining. Installation of all types of flooring including, ceramic, vinyl, carpet, laminate, cork and bamboo. Sub-floor repairs and leveling.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was always interested in home repairs and renovations and installed and finished hardwood floors when I was in college to support myself and pay my tuition. It was both very satisfying and paid my expenses, thank God!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We will give you the best advise that we can, in order to give you the best results aesthetically, financially or otherwise, even if it means that you should postpone your flooring project to a later time. We often have advised homeowners not to pursue flooring projects that would be total wastes of money for them in the long run. We are in the business of making our customers our dear and caring friends.
