We investigate and procure critical data regarding viability of real estate for its asset value as juxtaposed to available credit of those property owners. What is your primary product or service?
Marketing for construction lead sources by utilizing out of work, homeless Veterans in order to provide them income in order to secure housing.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Both owners are Veterans. One of the owners works to obtain homeless Veterans housing. Homeless Veterans need some type of income to qualify for certain housing costs if they are awaiting combat-related disability benefits and/or if they are not disabled, but are still Veterans who qualify for housing benefits. [The need became evident, solutions were discussed, the development of the business model ensued].
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We've not found, nor sought to discover similar business models. This makes the question moot.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Locations in physical form of a present office exists in center city Philadelphia only.
Other locations exist once proper socioeconomic demographics are conjoined with marketing operations and persons.
