ATG specializes in learning and language differences. We are a private, non-profit school which is accredited by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. We follow state curriculum and are dedicated to meeting or exceeding its set of standards.
Our flexible, customizable teaching methods are tailored to each students needs, while also enabling them to proceed onto higher education, or reintegrate back into public school should they wish. At ATG we analyze and determine what each individual needs, with our broad selection of programs and methods of instruction. We offer a low student to teacher ratio, one to four students per teacher maximum.

"ATG is academically sound... It follows the same general curriculum as the public schools but adapts it to meet your childs needs. All subjects are taught using multisensory approach. ATG is very flexible and utilizes many different teaching stategies to be sure that every child has a good understanding of the subject being taught. ATG welcomes the parents assistance in the process of developing a teaching style appropriate for each child. The staff at ATG have a deep commitment to making every child succeed. While each child is taught according to their learning style, ATG is able to incorporate social unity so that no child is isolated from the general student population. All students are accepted and welcomed by their fellow students. Parents play a vital part in all aspects of who ATG is and how it functions. "

What is your primary product or service?
AT ATG, we recognize the challenges faced by students with learning differences and work to identify and eliminate all obstacles to our students learning. In doing so, our programs create a learning environment that supports our students and allows them to succeed and flourish.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We started out as a tutoring center and realized how much we had to offer children with learning disabilities.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We create and use academic programs that the Department of Education recognizes but also empowers the student to succeed. We offer programs such as the Arrowsmith Program that helps correct the weaknesses that create a students disability so the student will not need anymore special accommodations.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location with plans to open other locations.

Which areas do you service?
All areas. We have children who come to us from different countries.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are a nonprofit organization

What are your hours of operation?
8am to 6pm daily, by appointment on Saturday and Sunday.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The one of the best compliments we receive is when a student gets so excited because as they say, "I couldn't read before I came here and now I can."
